Yes you can. Use the Search facility to find the book you want, go to the individual book page then click on the Shopping trolley button and, when you've finished shopping, proceed to the check-out.

School orders (but not personal teacher orders) require official Order Numbers.

Small Order Surcharge – (does not apply to schools)
OUP ANZ Small Order Surcharge is $12.50 (inc. GST). 
Small orders are held for seven days unless release is specifically requested. When the value of combined orders exceeds $100net (exc. GST) the order is released without small order surcharge. If after 7 working days combined orders are less than $100net (exc. GST) they are automatically released and incur the surcharge.

How much will I be charged for postage?

Postage within Australia and New Zealand is $12.50, unless otherwise specified.

What is Oxford University Press's refund policy?

Oxford University Press will accept the return of goods purchased on a cash sale basis within fourteen days of purchase. The goods must be in mint condition, and any plastic wrapping must be intact. Such items as CD-ROMs, audio cassettes, and videos cannot be returned. Oxford University Press must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within fourteen days of purchase.

Email your details, including your invoice number, to cs.au@oup.com for a full refund or replacement.

Opening a credit account

I am a bookseller. How do I open a credit account?

Please email the credit officer to find out whether you are eligible for a credit account.Please note: our terms of trade are thirty days, and you must have a minimum annual turnover of $2000.00.

Delivery Times

How long until my book arrives?

Within most of Australia, your book should take between three and ten working days to arrive, provided the book is in stock.

Remote areas may take up to 14 days.

New Zealand shipments are air-freighted on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Allow one to two weeks for delivery. NZ customers please send your orders to customer service no later than Monday (for Wednesday Flight) or Wednesday (for Weekend flight).

Non stock items are ordered from overseas suppliers once a week. To miminise the delivery time for your orders please ensure your order is received by our customer service team by Monday afternoon.

Why do I need to give a street address?

To ensure that your order is received and delivered in full it is essential that we provided our courier with your street address (including room and building number if applicable).

Air Freight Policy

There is no additional charge for air freight items.
