Unlock your students' maths potential
Oxford Maths is a comprehensive and engaging whole-school mathematics program that ensures every student can access the curriculum at their point of need. We have developed editions for the Australian Curriculum v9.0, the NESA Syllabus and the Western Australian Curriculum.
Oxford Maths supports a 'gradual release of responsibility' approach that incorporates initial scaffolding, which is gradually reduced to allow students to become confident and independent mathematicians.
Tried and trusted for more than 20 years, Maths Plus is a leading mathematics program that follows a spiralled approach, supporting recall and fluency. This series has editions fully aligned with the Australian Curriculum v9.0 and the NESA Syllabus 2022-2023.
Concepts are explored, then built on throughout the year and across year levels. This helps learners make connections over time, supporting recall and fluency.
Spread the good news – in 2026, we'll be publishing a new mentals and mastery program to help students build fluency and independence in mathematical thinking.
This program offers full coverage of learnings outcomes for Years 1 to 6 across the Australian Curriculum, NESA Syllabus and the Western Australian Curriculum. Mentals and Mastery provides mental computation activities for retrieval practice and long-term memory retention, enhancing numeracy skills to prepare students for real-life contexts.
The Oxford Teacher Reference series supports educators with high-quality, research-led professional resources to help deliver the best educational outcomes. All titles are accompanied by additional digital resources on Oxford Owl.
The latest edition of Challenging Mathematical Tasks, an Oxford Teacher Reference title designed to extend and engage all students in understanding, reasoning, problem-solving and fluency in primary mathematics written by Emeritus Professor Peter Sullivan, will be publishing in 2026.
