Small orders are held for seven days unless release is specifically requested. When the value of combined orders exceeds $100net (exc. GST) the order is released without small order surcharge. Remote areas may take up to 14 days.
New Zealand shipments are air-freighted on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Allow one to two weeks for delivery. NZ customers please send your orders to customer service no later than Monday (for Wednesday Flight) or Wednesday (for Weekend flight).
Non stock items are ordered from overseas suppliers once a week. To miminise the delivery time for your orders please ensure your order is received by our customer service team by Monday afternoon.
