Essential Letters and Sounds Australia Grapheme Cards Foundation

There is one set of Grapheme Cards for Foundation teaching and one for Year 1 teaching. Each teacher/classroom needs their own set of Grapheme Card as they are used in every lesson as well as in Assessments and Interventions. ELSA uses these Grapheme cards to support students in remembering how to write, sound and spell using mnemonics and rhymes. For example, /w/ is for Wallaby, to write a - hop to the top, land and hop, land and hop.
