Student Workbooks

The student workbooks are used to support independent letter formation and help students build speed and fluency. For years K–2, the words are fully decodable to support a phonics-aligned approach. Students learn letters in the order of the Letters and Sounds scope and sequence, so they can learn to write letters as they learn to read them. For years 3–6, each year level has an interesting and informative theme to engage the students as they learn cursive writing and improve speed and legibility.

The books include:

  • Information on the 3Ps: posture, pencil grip and paper position
  • Warm-up exercises, including tracing activities and hand stretches
  • Check your progress and self-assessment checkpoints
