Marco Rizzi


Marco Rizzi is a Senior Lecturer of Law at the University of Western Australia, where he teaches in the JD and LLM programs. Prior to joining UWA he was Senior Lecturer and Head of Law at the University of Seychelles. Dr Rizzi’s current research addresses the public/private divide and the public functions of private law, with a specific focus on the interplay between torts and regulation in its modern form.

Kate Offer


Kate Offer is a Senior Lecturer of Law and Director of Disruption at the University of Western Australia. Her research focus is Evidence, Education Law and Legal Education. Her current work includes developing the curriculum for a new broadening unit, Adulting: Law for Everyday Lives. The unit will provide an introduction to the practical legal issues that can arise in a young person’s life.
