Inspection Copies

How do I request an inspection copy?

To find a textbook enter either the title, author or ISBN in the search field, go into the title you are requesting a copy of and click the Request an inspection copy button. A form will appear. Please fill out the details and we will ensure your request gets to your Learning Resource Consultant.

If the Request an inspection copy button is not present then this title may not be available for inspection, however we are still happy to consider requests. Please email the following information to highered.au@oup.com.

Oxford Australia’s Gratis Policy

Australian and New Zealand University lecturers who are currently teaching and who are considering prescribing a text for their course can submit a request for an inspection copy. Oxford University Press will review the request and issue an inspection copy at our discretion. We reserve the right to make further enquiries to ensure a request is valid. Inspection copies are not available to be considered for recommended reading lists. We have minimum enrolment requirements that must be met before we are able to send inspection copies. We do, on occasions refuse a request.

Review Copies

I would like to review a title for a journal/publication/website.

Please contact highered.au@oup.com with the details of the title you wish to review and the details of the publication where the review will be published.

Lecturer Resources

How do I access lecturer resources for my textbook?

Please contact your Learning Resource Consultant and they can arrange access. These resources are only provided when the text is prescribed for a course. Samples are available for lecturers to review content prior to making a decision.

If you would like to see what resources come with a text they are listed on the title’s product page.

Resources are only available for the life of an edition.
